A DC War Memorial Elopement Ceremony
Lara and Erick had an intimate ceremony at the DC War Memorial to celebrate their union, alongside their immediate family. It was a beautiful ceremony, where both of their cultures were shining through. Lara is of Arab heritage and Erick is Mexican, so there was a mix of languages during the ceremony for both families to understand. Their ceremony was followed by a beautiful and intimate reception at Iron Gate restaurant in DC.

Gabriel’s First Birthday Cake Smash
Gabriel’s parents planned an animal themed cake smash for his first birthday and he had the BEST time of his life! He’s such a sweet, gentle, and cute little one. He played with the stuffed animals and went straight into the cake when his mom put it down (Cake by Del Corazon Pastries). What a great way to capture his personality as he turns ONE!

Joseph and Nancy’s wedding day at Meadowlark Botanical Garden in Nova was so super relaxed and laid back - just like them! They planned for their day to be as relaxed as possible and included very thoughtful details all throughout their day. They started off their day with an intimate Vietnamese tea ceremony in remembrance of Nancy’s mom.

A Coffee Date Engagement Session | Tatte Bakery, Bethesda
Amelia and Rob are just so perfect for each other! They’re one of the coolest people I’ve met! It made me so happy having the opportunity to document their engagement session at Tatte Bakery earlier this year. They met on Hinge in 2021 and last year celebrated their one year anniversary, and GOT ENGAGED

A Sunrise Washington DC Engagement Session at The Tidal Basin | Olin + Melanie
It finally came time to hang out with them at their engagement session on an early 6am morning in Washington D.C. We had such a great time walking around the Tidal Basin and the Thomas Jefferson Memorial. As we walked, we got the chance to get to know each other more and it was great! That’s one of my favorite things about engagement sessions because once we’re done, it feels like I just finished hanging out with friends. We talked about our families, what we’re passionate about, what they do for a living, and of course…wedding planning things! Now, I can’t wait to document their special day next year and celebrate with them. Thank you for choosing me!

A Romantic Engagement Session | Stellina Pizzeria, Union Market
Alexis and Ryan absolutely love…LOVE…like LOVE LOVE, pizza! Your engagement session should always be treated like you’re planning for a special date, except I’ll be hanging around capturing it all. They wanted to do something fun for their session and obviously wanted to include something they enjoy doing together - of course, that had to be eating pizza! Stellina’s Pizzeria in Union Market was so nice that they let us shoot in their pizza parlor.

Erica |A Birthday Session in DC
Christina and her mom flew to MD in order to celebrate Erica’s 29th - we were able to do her portrait session on her birthday, woot woot! It was THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Erica is a captain in the air force with such a bubbly, fun, energetic, and contagious energy! It was a very rainy morning, but that didn’t stop us…we had the best session under a little bit of rain!

The Mitch Family | DC Maternity Session
Helen and Ryan are welcoming their first baby boy in just a few weeks! We met in D.C last week for their maternity session and it was a total dream. It was freezing, but you can’t even tell in their photos! They’re such a laid back, fun, and genuine couple.

The Arts District | Las Vegas, NV
My husband’s job brought us to Las Vegas, NV for a few days so I decided to spend some time exploring while he was in a conference. I visited the Arts District (aka, 18b) and I had the absolute best time of my life! The Arts District is an 18 block area packed with vibrant murals, antique and quirky shops, art galleries, and amazing restaurants. It was so awesome walking around this area, being surrounded by such beautiful art, creative vibes all around.

Breaux Vineyards’ Open House| Loudon County Wedding Venue
Breaux Vineyards is such a stunning venue! It’s located in Northern Virginia, Loudon County. If you’re looking to have an elegant vineyard wedding with amazing views, you need to book a tour and experience this setting, with a glass of wine in your hand. They have 404 acres of land surrounded by gorgeous views, their staff is so amazing to work with, and of course - if you’re a wine lover, they’ve obviously got wine! Let’s talk about THE VIEWS ahhhhh, you've got the best picturesque background for your wedding day! I’m super excited to continue document love stories at this venue ✨❤️. Marigold Flowers by Bailey Branding Session at CAMPspace Studio in Hyattsville, MD
