Must Have Details for Detail Shots On Wedding Day

You’ve carefully picked out all of the details for your wedding day, especially the ones that you will be wearing on this special day. These details go into making your whole wedding look complete!! You’ve spent so much time and money looking for the PERFECT dress, jewelry, veil, etc…so this can only mean one thing - YOU NEED TO GET THESE PHOTOGRAPHED on your wedding day! 🙌🏼

What you Need to Have Ready for your Photographer

• - Your dress on a hanger (I always suggest using a wooden hanger!). Some brides like getting a customized hanger with their last name on it or that say Mrs.

• - Veil

• - Shoes

• - Engagement ring and wedding bands (both bride and groom bands)

• - Ring box (if you don’t have one, that’s okay! I bring some with me)

• - Jewelry

• - Perfume

• - Invitation suite

• - Vow books

• - Bouquet

• - Additional floral pieces (ask your florist to give you some extra floral pieces for details photos)

• - Any other sentimental heirlooms you’d like to include

How to Prep your Details for Detail Shots

As you’re getting all of these details ready for your wedding day, I suggest you get a box or a bag to start placing all of them as they come. Make a checklist to make sure you have everything in there. This will help you stay organized! It will also help me when I arrive on your wedding day.- I’ll just ask you for the details box and everything will be there.
